5. Shipping

• Shipping provider: Webshippy via GLS courier
• Delivery is available only within Hungary

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

• Only unopened, unused, original-packaged products can be returned
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

7. Warranty and Returns

• All devices come with a 1-year replacement warranty
• Warranty excludes damage caused by improper use
• The customer is responsible for returning the faulty product for assessment
• If the fault is repairable, we will repair or replace the device
• If the exact model is no longer available, a similar product of equal value will be offered
• If the customer declines the replacement, the full purchase price will be refunded
