Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

• This right applies only to unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
• To exercise your right, please notify us by email at hello@homebeauty.hu within 14 days of receipt.
• You must return the product at your own expense to the following address:

• We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• We do not accept returns for opened or used skincare devices due to hygiene regulations.

Warranty – 1 Year

All devices come with a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.
• The customer is responsible for returning the faulty item for inspection.
• If the defect is confirmed and cannot be repaired, we will replace the device with an identical or similar model of equal value.
• If the replacement is declined by the customer, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your return email to hello@homebeauty.hu:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Name of the product
• Reason for return (optional)

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
• We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
